Which interdental for me?

As with any new habit, adopting interdental cleaning may not be obvious at first, you may forget, you may even find it awkward.  But over time it will become an integral part of your oral care ritual. Here are a few simple tips to get started:

Make it straightforward – take your interdental brushes or micro-brushes out of their pack and place them next to your toothbrush so they’re ready for use. When you buy a pack, buy at least two – you don’t want to run out and break your momentum.
