

Grab 35-40 cm of floss. Hold the floss & wrap it around each middle finger, keeping a short section taut between your thumbs and index fingers.

Gently slide the floss between your teeth. Don’t push too hard to avoid damaging your gums.

Gently slide up and down in a zig-zag pattern.

Don’t forget to floss just under the gum line, using an up-and-down motion. When changing side, make sure to use a clean section of floss.
